Jimmy John's

Placed an online order 20 min ago. I’m sitting In my car with my 3 year old. It’s still not ready and I can see them eating and drinking behind the counter, no gloves on. Masks are hanging off their faces. Not sure if my order is even made. I’m completely disgusted and will NEVER Order from this location again.

I placed an online order. When I got there they hadn't even started on it. I have run into this at other locations too. They said their printer had been acting up. Ok. They were quick to get my order completed at that point. They offered a free cookie because I had to wait. The reason for the 4 stars is because one of the staffers making our food was not wearing a mask. I'm not sure what their policy is but if they're making food for others they should be wearing a mask.

This Jimmy John's doesn't play around. I order my sandwich online and it takes me maybe 3 minutes to get there. My food is usually already waiting for me at the door and it's always done right. Super reliable.

I order from and visit this store frequently. The food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly and fast! Troy that runs the store is super nice and an asset to the community. Thanks again for helping me today! Truly appreciated!
