Imo's Pizza

Horrible service and product on an order we ordered online. Said we ordered it well done. Which we did not. We called and talked to an Asst. mgr. and he told us he could not and would not correct the order since we ordered it that way. That we got what we ordered and that is what we get. The pizza was burned and inedible. This location always seems to have issues with their young employees horsing around when we come in to pick up orders.nI would give it less than 1 star tonight if I could. Horrible.nI am not one to blast on a business but this was ridiculous and a waste of money. Go somewhere else...We will next time.nI changed the review since the manager was very good about the incident. Good follow up conversation.

This is the first time eating at the St.Peters location and the first time eating at any Imo's since the Covid shutdown. Eating here right out of the oven is so much better than the delay of getting it at home. They have the best cheese garlic of any of the pizza houses. Also enjoyed the toasted ravioli, the buffalo wings and the Imo's special sandwich. Even better they have Coke products !

What can I say about imos that everyone doesn't already know? Good appetizers good stl style pizza.

Believe the reviews about the customer service here it's HORRIBLE. Live walking distance to this Imos however, I will continue to utilize the one on Mid Rivers. Just thought I'd give this one another try after six years of living by them.... Nope, still terrible service as I remembered when I gave them a try one other time several years ago.

I had a slice of pizza missing out of my box and called up to ask what happened, I didn’t want anything free, I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t dropped or compromised in anyway. The woman answering the phone passed me onto the manager who then basically explained to me that I was wrong or making it up. Again, I didn’t want anything other an assurance. Then basically said I was accusing them of stealing a slice. (Literally never even insinuated that.) I was almost taken aback as to how rude and dismissive this dude was for almost no reason, I tried to be super polite and clear about I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t compromised. Half of it wasn’t even sliced either. Let’s just hope he was having a bad day because he was a real jerk.nnThere are better places, order from Stefaninas Pizza or Cecil Whittaker’s right up the road.
