Ho-Ho Chinese Restaurant

In memory of that ONE time we got Gen Tso Chicken that wasn't so over cooked it was almost inedible I am giving them 2 stars. I always try to support local eateries but ... I'm done. I tried ordering delivery on line... Fail. Ordered over the phone for PICKUP and was charged almost $10 more. $10 more for me to go get it. I was told our meals did not include egg rolls so I ordered one egg roll per person (4) and ended up with 12 egg rolls... Overcooked also. Garlic pork had about an entire bag of carrots, a couple of cans of water chestnuts and sliced mushrooms and 3-4 strips of pork....super bland. On the upside my husband's beef fried rice was pretty good. But when I found pieces of torn soy sauce packets in the sauce for my pot stickers.... Done. Can't say we didn't try to support them. The search for good non- buffet Chinese food within easy driving distance continues.

Friendly staff. Delivery/Carryout estimates are always spot on. Big fish tank to enjoy inside. I enjoy the food here but others in my household prefer to order elsewhere. Difference in taste maybe.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to let someone know. We got food here on Monday night (11/23/20) and it was not edible. When I opened the food there was a hair on the top. I was going to just eat the food because sometimes that just happens, but then I saw a bug in it. There was a literal maggot in the food. We ended up throwing it away and getting Canes. Not a good experience at all.

The absolute best Chinese food in the st Charles area, I've ate at all the ones here in town and the best one is here. The taste the service the quickness. Eat here almost 3 times a week
