Pizza Hut

Cold on arrival. Poor customer service.nHad delivery of my order and 25 minutes after placing order...get text message that it's out delivery....okay great.....45 minutes pass and nothing.nCall up....they say a driver had car trouble and new driver was just walking in.nWouldn't remake the order and even said couldn't guarantee the freshness because pizza been in the warmer the entire time. An additional 20 minutes pass and driver finally shows up. He says they are hot. One box was soggy from sitting so long. Couldn't classify them as luke warm.nnQuality and customer service is gone. Won't be getting anymore business.

I ordered 2 orders of wings, 1 honey bbq, and 1 hawaiian teriyaki. I received 2 orders of honey bbq. 1 of them had someone else's info on it. I called the store...well, actually a call center aparently, because after I explained the situation to them, they transferred me to the store I thought I was calling in the first place. Then I explain it to the woman who answered only to be told to hang on to speak to the manager...who I then have to explain this to again, for the 3rd time! After I explain it to him, he says the driver will be there in about 15 minutes to swap them out with me. I'm thinking, surely they're not going to give these to someone else after they've been at my house, but whatever...I just want what I ordered. Over an hour later, having not gotten my wings, my wife calls back only to sit on hold for over 30 minutes at the call center level! I know it's saturday night and mistakes happen, but this is entirely unacceptable!

Great pizza not very good prices 29.00 for medium cheese pizza an one of those big cookie things and it was cold when it got to my house.

ordered a large pan peperoni pizza . wow was so good

horrible service they took my money i never got my food . they hang up on you if you try to call. burn this place down fire everyone .
