Rocket Locksmith St Charles

Technician calls me to confirm address and says he will be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was tired of waiting, and was able to open it myself. I call the shop to inform them I no longer need their services. They tell me the technician already attempted to contact me at the address and was on his way back to the shop. Then the shop tries to charge me a $20 service fee. Technician I'd assume had the incorrect address, but I would have thought someone would have given me a call. Instead of making me wait for over half an hour in 10 degree weather.

Fast and got the job done, but extremely pricey.nLocked myself out of my car and the price was $250. My friend from work said other locksmiths in Saint Charles and Saint Louis don't charge nearly as much-- more around $40-$100. Fast service, but incredibly expensive, especially for younger people.
