My expectations were exceeded by Westbrook Law Group!! What they told us at our 1st meeting turned out to be exactly correct. You want to talk about professionalism. Everyone put their best foot forward by treating us in a exemplary manner. They were very responsive when I had a question or needed further assistance. They went out of their way to meet with me in person when needed. You want to talk about the “WOW’” factor. Brent Westbrook is easy to talk with, I never felt stupid asking questions, he explained everything very thoroughly and he is a super guy to work with during the past months. Everyone is outstanding at this business and they all went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience. There are some really great people left in this world and Brent is definitely one. I dont think I have met any other lawyer that withholds real passion for people. Brent helped me at a time in my life where everything seemed to be going wrong. Mind you, he was on vacation. I will forever be grateful to him. Brent made me feel comfortable. Anything I did not understand he patiently explained to make sure I did. He always kept me updated with the process. So whenever I hear of anyone needing a lawyer I definitely recommend Brent. Every person that works in this office is wonderful. Marisa is so kind and helpful. Kathy is always there to answer any questions I may have and Brent was always kind and compassionate with my situation.
