I came to this firm because I believe they may be the top firm in this area for eldercare law. They certainly lived up to my expectations in every way - from my initial interview with Mr. Beck to understand what I wanted to get done and how the firm would meet my objectives. Mr. Beck was most gracious, informative and helpful - as were everyone on the staff. The attorney that worked on my particular documents was very nice and she was very responsive to anything I inquired about. I have recommended this firm to others and will continue to do so in the future. The firm is very easy to work with and very thorough in every aspect of the excellent work they do.

All of the staff I've had contact with were pleasant and helpful. I worked with Caroline and she was a Godsend! Caroline was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Caroline always made herself available to answer questions and ensure we had a thorough understanding of the process. I would highly recommend this firm.

On behalf of my father, I had applied for Assisted Living assistance from the VA and had been denied twice. Knowing that their decision was not right , I continued the process with an appeal. It was not easy finding an attorney that handled VA appeals, but we did find Rudy Beck who said he would take the case. I believe he said they had never done one before. Longer story, short — they handled the case and won it and my father received 2-1/2 years’ back payment and will receive payments in a monthly basis. I worked with Theresa Throgmorton, who was very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I can’t say thank you enough for their work.
