Why have online check-in if you are not going to follow it. I arrived just when I moved to on deck. The gentleman who walked in the door directly in front of me had 5 min on the display board was seated before me because the stylist said he walked in before I did. I only saw one stylist on the floor. He sat down even though I was on deck and he had 5 minutes left. I was not happy so I left and made appointment at a different store.nnPretty rude and not very professional.nnSteve
