You can’t help but feel better and less stressed after a class at Zuga. It’s so fun and the instructors are really encouraging. Great for any fitness level or experience. The group’s very welcoming and has a family feel.
This was my first yoga experience ever and all I can say is WOW! I was really nervous at first, but the instructor was so good at explaining the poses! I feel centered and refreshed!
Zuga Fitness has been an amazing constant in my life. I have a passion for teaching classes at Zuga, and feel so lucky to take classes from the other amazing instructors! The supportive community is undeniable, the friendships created are ever lasting and the results I see for myself and others are inspiring! Try a class, you won’t be disappointed!
I used to be very intimidated by yoga classes but Valerie and Joe are full of knowledge and made me feel safe to explore. The dance classes are Amazing! Getting a calorie burning,sweat pouring workout is a bonus to dancing with the welcoming members of this studio.
I joined Zuga Fitness 8 years ago, and it's the only exercise I've stuck with! The instructors and members are like family to me. And you work out at your own fitness level. Love this place!!
