YogaSix is so much more than a yoga studio- it’s a great community to be a part of. The women who run this studio are cream of the crop in knowledge, practice, and more. The variety of classes is suitable for beginners & experts. All classes are warm to hot and one hour long! Such a beautiful place to grow your yoga practice.

YogaSix St. Charles is the best! I love how close to home it is. After finding Y6 I was able to finally fall back in love with a community of healthy minded people pushing to the next level. The heated classes are my favorite- you leave the toxins at the door and feel accomplished all day long. The GM is amazing and everyone on staff has you feeling like family. YogaSix St Charles is a true gem of a studio. Keep up the amazing work!!

I love the feeling of walking into this studio. Each instructor brings their own uniqueness to each and every class! The energy in the studio always leaves me feeling filled up. Community is a big part of the practice at YogaSix. The staff and members are so wonderful! At Y6, you will find dynamic classes that offer movement, as well as rest and stillness. This is a place where I go to feel clearer, inspired, and empowered.

I have been a member of Yoga Six for over 6 months and absolutely love it!nThe place is very clean, welcoming, and super friendly. Every instructor and the GM knows you by name. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly.You can find many varieties of yoga: restorative, hot, power, sculpt and flow. The classes are super rejuvenating, energetic, and very satisfying. I work from home and look forward to my classes every day. This place is truly a gem, I highly recommend to check it out!

I was so excited when I saw YogaSix opening in St. Charles! I was able to practice a few times, fell in love with the space, then auditioned to teach. I have been teaching there now since August 2019 and cannot describe the sense of community and positive energy you get when you practice at Y6 St. Charles! The other instructors and students feel like family. All the different classes are sure to give you exactly what you need depending on your day. I LOVE a good Hot, Power, or Sculpt & Flow class, but some days my mind and body need Restore or Slow Flow and some days a 101 to get me back to the basics of Yoga. It truly is my home away from home and I can’t recommend it enough!!!
