Instructor is great with me as an adult and awesome with my 9 year old as well. Great place to learn, stretch, and get in shape. It teaches kids discipline and confidence. We love it.

My children having been attending My Martial Arts for over 5 years and they absolutely LOVE IT!!! The owner/instructor is AMAZING and the school is very family-oriented and supportive. If you are looking for a martial arts school that builds confidence, teaches discipline and perseverance, this is the place for you!

I have trained with JR Baker for almost 14 years now and he does not just teach martial arts he teaches life lessons and how to be a better person overall. If you ever are thinking about going to this school I highly recommend it
