We had to have a few electrical repairs done, including some knob and tube wiring replaced in our basement, Russell, Marion and Keri were very kind, helpful and professional. Communication was clear and they were very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend! Recently had Ryan come to our home to perform some work and maintenance. Again excellent job, very pleased! Just had to get new AC units and new furnace. Terry was very fair and professional. I feel good about this company and their know how and appreciate that they were not high pressure. Very respectful, thanks!

A company is only as good as their service and representatives. Academy Air did not disappoint. When I called to inquire of services the representative was attentive to my needs and thorough in her description. I felt I got the earliest appointment available. On the day of service Anthony was polite and well organized. He went over my expectations and provide a quote with two options. He did not hesitate to accommodate any changes I requested. Once the job was complete everything was cleaned up and doubled checked. Thank you Anthony and Academy for a great experience.

I am highly satisfied with the quality of service I received from Mr. Jimmy Cunningham of Academy Air. He is courteous, professional and very competent. I was his last customer for the day but I couldn’t tell because of his ability to focused on his job. He didn't rush and he spoke highly of the company. Jimmy explained in detail the situation with my air condition and answered my questions as well. His knowledge of the systems made me feel more secure in my decision to utilize the services of this company.

Technician I met named Gabe lives in my neighborhood and we met when I had general question outside when I approached. He referred me to office and I scheduled and my system was checked out for its yearly inspection. Worked fine and he assured us of that. Hadn’t been inspected since buying home and it was for a rental and just wanted inspection... no fake up selling here!!! Great job young man.! Tech just seemed so honest and professional; that’s why I booked my appointment. Very happy

Been using Academy Air for many years. Their technicians including Josh are highly skilled. Today Josh did an awesome job. He informed me what repairs will be needed soon so I can plan. Josh provided plenty of detail and specifics so I could assess options. I recommend Academy for maintenance work and for bids on new/replacement installs. Get at least one other bid from another reputable company. Academy won’t be the cheapest. But over the years they have stood by their work. Their back-office is efficient and organized, so scheduling and warranty work is low stress. Great company to do business with.
