Thompson Electrical are the real deal! The techs that were sent over were super helpful, kind, and considerate of my two Ring installations. The process was super quick, in and out in 25 minutes! I will definitely be calling these guys again for any future installation or electric needs. Keep up the excellent work!

Thompson Electrical was the only company that did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. They were super professional, punctual, and helpful in explaining things, in general. On the day of the install, it took even less time than we thought it would take. I will be using them for any future electrical work at my house and I recommend that you do too!

Thompson Electrical technician actually texted saying he could come early. He arrived and was very cordial and professional. After describing the problem, he went to work doing a thorough diagnosis, he even checked the switch to be sure that was not part of the problem, something I didn't think of. In the end the outlet needed to be replaced. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely call again for any future electrical work.
