I should have posted this about a year ago, but it's better late than never.nI used to stop at this establishment for gas for a couple of reasons;n-it is near my home, so it is a convenient locationn-they offer a higher octane gasoline than their competitors which I use in my motorcyclenThe times that I have entered this store to make a small purchase (candy, cigarettes, etcetera), the attendant is on his cellphone chatting away. Whether business or personal use, I take offense to this when it comes to displaying decent customer service.nI do not usually physically go into a gas station because I pay for gas with a debit card at the pump. The interior of the building was getting some work done by contractors, so things were understandably unorganized. Because I live in close proximity, I hadn't ever used the restroom at this establishment. On this particular occasion, I had a call of nature that needed some help. When I entered the building, the attendant (I assume is the owner) was verbally discussing something with another person in the common area that I assume was about the ongoing construction. I waited to interrupt the 2 men; when I asked to use the lavatory (which requires a key to open) I was told no because customers had been using it lately for drug use. While I understand this is and can be an issue anywhere, I had spent a considerable amount of money at this place over the years. I was dressed in motorcycle gear, including leather chaps and a worn down motorcycle jacket; maybe this is what made him say no. I'm not sure what a business such as this needs to do to select which customers are and are not permitted to use the facilities. What I do know is I have told my family and friends that I have not been back since and have advised them not to give their business to this establishment.

I have been a loyal customer and go there everyday but I love the cherry syrup you put in the soda but didn’t realize that because I use so much they complain to other customers blaming me for using it all. I know this because they said it to my husband not realizing we were married. They just lost me as a customer.
