Provenance Soapworks

One of the best soap shops in downtown Saint Charles. It is easy to find. They have a lot of variety of scents and products. Soaps, bath bombs, lotion, cuticle cream, candles and even a great smelling men's line in one store. The men's shave soap is a favorite at our house, so not just the ladies are served here.

Awesome soap, and wonderful owners. Mike is super cool. He and his wife do an amazing job as soap makers, and do so in an environmentally friendly way. This is the only soap I'm using from now on.

I was looking for a particular soap that I had purchased in St Charles in December, 2019. Provenance Soapworks called me and gave me their competitors name after I sent a picture of the soap I sent in with the online order I had made. Since they did not carry that particular soap, the owner asked if I wanted to cancel the order I placed on line because she loved that I had an appreciation for handmade soaps and wanted me to be happy. I absolutely wanted to keep my order! They arrived quickly in beautiful packaging with a lovely personal note!nOutstanding customer service and yummy feeling soaps against my sensitive skin!
