I like Carhartt but I may have to start shopping for it at Bass Pro instead. I came in to buy a pair of thermal pants and upon returning home, realized they are the wrong size. I returned to the store with the pants in all original packaging, unopened and with the original receipt. They refused to exchange for the correct size because they consider thermals to be underwear.nEven if that were the case, it isn’t disclosed at the thermal product shelving, at the point of sale, nor by the employees while ringing out.nTheir own website and receipt states a different policy then the one stated to me.
I come here to buy my husband's overalls for work. They are the only place around that carries his brand and taller size. They always go above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for and helped me order items in the past without any issues. I will be a customer as long as my husband wears overalls!
Great store. The coat i tried was not a good fit. Large selection and priced competively. Was greeted when I walked in and offered assistance. Workers in store were helpful..this is why I keep coming back
Every year I receive gift cards from the construction company I work for. This store sells alot of very nice Carhart stuff and also has a wide selection of gun safes for whatever reason. The employees are great, helpful, fast, and friendly. They always have what I need in stock and I look forward to my future purchases from this location.
