The Service Department is staffed with people that really care about providing great service to their customers. Tim Bacon and Lori Hillis really make you feel welcome! The Odd Couple vibe they have in the office only adds to the service experience. You can tell when employees like their job and their co-workers. I have always received great service from these two and from Casey Richards and Dave Murray.

I had a wonderful experience working with Eric at Suntrup. He was honest, trustworthy, and prompt in communications. The other staff were also friendly and accommodating. It was worth the drive to Suntrup. Much better experience than the Buick dealer five minutes from my house. I would recommend them to others!

Diane & Darren here. We really did have an awesome stress free experience at Suntrup Buick St Peters! These reviews always sound so predictable and rehearsed and we don’t usually do reviews. But we have to give recognition to our sales rep Jeff. So professional, laid back, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. He had an idea in mind of what was going to fit for us and took us right to it. The vehicle is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Honestly though, we could’ve gotten the same suv anywhere. What made the difference was the sales experience. In fact, we we’re out looking at cars that day planning to go to a couple other places when we suddenly decided not go further and so glad for that! Jeff was really gracious about our plans to continue searching when my husband said “...we don’t need to look any further, what else could we want...Let’s do this!”:) And it was because of the respect and patience we were shown. The atmosphere there was very comfortable, everyone was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable including the finance gentleman Bob. Our Encore gx is beautiful!! Thanks all....esp Jeff!

Fred Butler provides excellent customer service! This is my 3rd SUV I purchase from Fred. I trust him and I know he will take care of me! The gentleman who did the financing part also provided excellent customer service and worked diligently to make sure I got the best interest rate! I’m a very Happy Customer!

Everyone was great. Will Spencer was very professional and helpful. He took the time to help us find the best car for us. The whole staff was kind, friendly and professional.
