I recently bought a 2017 Ford Focus RS from Demitri. The entire process took less time than it took me to drive to the showroom. I wasn't blown away by the price that I got on the car, but I felt it was a fair transaction for both parties and I really trusted the team, which is why I decided to use these guys even though I could have bought the same car elsewhere for a little bit less. My salesman, Demitri, and the Financing rep J.D. were both awesome and I would totally work with them again. Not the best pricing ever, but the service is excellent and worth paying just a little bit more.

If you’ve gone to other Cadillac dealerships for service and have received the first class service you would expect from Cadillac, DO NOT come to this location. Dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday night for a Thursday morning appt. Have a service plan and service advisor could not find it, so I emailed him the documents that evening so that he would have it to call and know what’a covered. Brought the vehicle in because A/C was blowing warm air up front. They had the vehicle for two full days and never once was I given an update. In fact, I had to call multiple times to see what the status was. Even then, was told my Service Advisor would call right back, but he never did. I even tried their texting system but no response. When I rarely got a hold of him I was told that they are running dyes and all kinds of stuff through the system. Finally, Friday afternoon, I am told they figured it out and all they had to do was charge the system and I should be able to pick it up. He said he would call me back in 20 minutes to let me know when I could pick it up. Well, I got a call in 20 minutes...to tell me that it now needs a new condenser and that this repair is covered, but it has to be taken to the place we bought it. And “Unfortunately, I have to charge you the $203 diagnostic fee”. By now I’m fuming. Go in Saturday morning and ask to speak to the service manager. Guess what? No service manager on weekends! At Cadillac? Are you serious? So, any argument I had fell on deaf ears, but mostly I was upset over the complete lack of communication and the fact that the holder of the service plan was not called until nearly the end of the 2nd day and they fell back on a “if the car breaks down within 100 miles of the purchasing dealership” clause. This was not a break down, it was an A/C issue. In the end, I paid $203 and walked out with nothing at all. And do you think for $203 they could maybe run the car through their car wash like EVERY OTHER Cadillac service dept does? No...not even a clean vehicle to return to. This is a horribly run operation with the exception of the guy who pulled the vehicle up for me. He handed me the keys and apologized. He was the ONLY one who apologized and acknowledged that perhaps I was not treated with normal Cadillac service. I will not be returning EVER and will certainly never recommend taking a Cadillac to this location.

KIP IS A WONDERFUL SALESMAN! VERY KIND RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS. IF IT WERE NOT FOR HIM, I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO FINISH MY PURCHASE BECAUSE THE LITTLE BITTY GUY WAS VERY RUDE AND SPOKE WITH ME LIKE I WAS A CRIMIAL OR A CHILD WHEN I HANDED HIM MY APPROVAL CERTIFICATE.

I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before and was becoming increasingly overwhelmed by the options and the pressure. Before going to Bommarito, I went to a couple of other dealerships who made me feel really uneasy with their sales tactics. One in particular agreed with me on a price, only to rescind it right as we started the paperwork. I was starting to think I couldn't trust anyone.nThen I was referred to Bommarito by a family member. I worked with Kevin and Demitri and both were knowledgeable and didn't make me feel rushed. They were patient with my schedule and let me come in and test drive the car I ended up buying twice. I never felt the same pressure I did at the other dealerships, and I am really grateful for that. Thanks for making my first car buying experience a positive one.

Keith always does an excellent job. To top all the car wash was so good that my wife joked we should go to the dealership to get our car washed. Very good. John
