I have never had a more pleasant experience while buying a car. From start to finish, it was nothing but great! Mark was our salesman and didn't try to push us into anything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Financing with Paul was a breeze. Even the GM greeted us and made sure we didn't need anything. Bought a new 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition and the whole process was completely smooth. Mark and Terry found the perfect car that checked all of my must haves and even found a model that had a package addition to save me $4000 from the model I found online! Adam in finance was very polite and speedy. Mark even went through all of the technology features on the car and made sure I felt comfortable using them all. Thank you guys!
