Buyer beware! I wish I didn’t have to give any stars but I had to in order to post my review!Stay away from this company! Especially if you have a foreign car! My car went to BMW for motor mounts. I got a call from service today after my car has been in the shop since 12/11/2020. This company National Vehicle Protection just approved for the go ahead to fix my car but for pennies of what the cost is! They will only cover the cost for one of the mounts to be fixed!ud83dude24 So instead of me having peace of mind when it comes to my car getting repaired I am now out of the $100 deductible and the repair for my vehicle which was quoted at $1200 while this company is only paying a Lil over $200ud83eudd2f and this is for just 1 mount! I was told that the national rate for labor is what they pay and that the other motor mount was a RECOMMEND repair but not necessary and that one of their inspectors didn’t see anything wrong with the otherud83dude33 so I guess I have to wait until next month and go through this ordeal with them again. They sure will sign you up quickly but and take your money. But trust you will NOT have peace of mind and you will still have those unexpected expenses ud83dude21

I've had a policy with National Vehicle Protection Services for a while now and although I haven't had to file a claim, I did recently have a very positive experience with their customer service. I was unable to locate the literature I received when I bought the policy so I called customer service to request another copy. They answered my call immediately and were able to find my policy in a matter of seconds. They then emailed me the information and followed it up with a snail mailing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and cordiality and feel like if/when I have a claim, it will be handled expeditiously as well.

How many times does someone have to be added to the do not call list...insanity

Scammers that cold call with robocall saying they're checking on your cars warranty.

Nancy did an excellent job explaining all coverage options NVPS has available for my 2016 Jeep. Was able to pick from a variety of payment plans and all well within my price range. Was a great experience. Hope I never have to use it but nice to know I have a group to back me in the case a need arises.
