Ace Motors

My husband and I were car shopping for my son's very first car and I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from Ace Motors due to some of the negative reviews. Just remember there are two sides to every story. From what I gathered, many of the negative reviews are from potential buyers who are unable to obtain financing due to poor credit scores. You cannot fault a business for this unfortunate circumstance. I also noticed some reviews state that cars have warning lights on prior to purchase. If that's the case, then don't buy that particular car. No-one is forcing you. ud83eudd37nMy experience with Ace Motors was superb. We were able to test drive the vehicle and fully inspect it prior to purchasing it. On 9/11/20 we purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion for my son and surprised him with it. The car rides smoothly and we have not had any problems with the vehicle. Both Tim and Pat were friendly and made the process quick and stress-free. It was a pleasure doing business and I would highly recommend them.

The salesmen were very, very nice, and I felt very comfortable dealing with them. The only reason it's not 5 stars is I'm waiting to finalize the deal. I'm sure when I'm done, it will go to 5. I will let you know!

Didn't like how he didn't want to fix the rotars or the brace bought a 2008 ford ranger obviously needed new rotors and brake pads the place that he does safety inspections only check codes doesn't check pads or ball joints they do make sure lights work and all that he constantly told me that he didn't have to do anything with car since it passed inspection and it also needed oil change and trans flush that is an extra 300-500 for rotars and oil change and all that. buying he was very nice but he went around the problems the only reason we bought it was because we had the cashiers check already made he is lazy when it comes to the little things to the car like oil changes and brakes only gave us hundred dollars to fix the rotars oil change brace and trans flush he is retired so I trust he doesn't mean to scam anyone. The tires barely has any tread on them it was the little things so just before you buy make sure you know what you're buyong.

Awesome customer service and fast responses. The staff are nice, helpful & knowledge. Got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased and am happy. Highly recommended place to check out.

I reached out in the evening to Ace Motors when I found a gorgeous minivan that they were selling. Tim had texted me by the next morning with information and then continued to keep me informed throughout the day as he personally inspected the vehicle and sent me multiple videos of the inside and out of the car to show how nice it was and how it was running. It was so helpful because we live two hours away from him.nnSadly in the end, I wasn't able to purchase the minivan due to my funds suddenly needing to go into bills instead of a new van (thanks 2020). :P But after contacting Tim to let him know, he assured me that I could send him information for what I'm looking for in the future when I do have the money again and he will see if he can find exactly that so I can purchase in the future!nnI was extremely impressed with the way Tim handled everything. He was incredibly kind and I felt very respected and understood as a customer. I will recommend his business to all my friends. Seriously, this guy will take you under his wing like a grandfather to help you out!nn*To future customers. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Remember, a used car is a used car. They can sadly end up with problems shortly after purchasing and that is completely unforeseen by the dealers. Just do your research. Know what you're buying.
