Sugar Beans Coffee House, Specialty Coffee and French bakery

I am very appreciative of this small business because because of how accommodating they are to dietary needs. If you’re gluten free, lactose intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, whatever your issue is, they are accommodating. I always enjoy getting their veggie wrap for lunch and their apple crumble pastry. They’re also a very relaxed environment during these...interesting times.

I was SO excited to have a coffee shop close to home. But as I have continued to come to Sugar bean the quality of service and drinks have gone down hill. The man that works the most, I believe the owners husband, is not friendly, you can barely hear him, and he acts slow and uninterested in being at work. It is also really difficult to tell if he understands drink orders. It makes for a bad experience.The women who owns it has been a bit short tempered and seems easily annoyed. The last two times I have gone there, I have regretted spending my money on their coffee. Please go back to friendly service and good coffee!!

The owners seem really ice and the location is convenient and well maintained but honestly the coffee here is just really really bad. I’ve come probably 3-4 times and every time I hope maybe they’ve figured it out but this recent time will definitely be my last. I ordered an iced mocha and I’m pretty sure they made it hot and just dumped it in ice. It was served at room temperature and all the ice had melted in like 5 minutes. Plenty of much better coffee shops in the area I’d skip this one.

Great Coffee House, always feel welcome by the staff and customers alike. It’s an awesome place to go for coffee and pastries. Never once have I had an awful experience when here.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I have never had a bad experience. The last time I was in I noticed they now have gift cards! I'm excited to tell my family that it would be a good gift idea for me and to get one for my Best Friend as she is also a big fan.
