The Longest Drive Through EVER. Be prepared to wait in line 30 mins to a hour. I’m not even exaggerating. ITS RIDICULOUS. Poor customer service and rude. Always a lot of young people working who either can’t do the job right or don’t have the proper training. Then they get mad when you ask them to correct your order. And last but not least THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Would not recommend. If it weren’t for my kids begging for it i would just go to Starbucks.

I always do online ordering and paying to speed up the process, but they’re still so slow at this location. And they’re always confused when I say I paid on the app. It seems there is no training for their mobile ordering. Not to mention my drinks are normally messed up, and poorly capped so they usually end up all over me or my car. I just want my $25 back for the shirt my daughter got me on vacation that is now ruined. Lol

Slowest drive through of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. Don’t open two lanes if you’re only going to operate one. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was mediocre at best for a McDonald’s.

Probably the single most bad experience at a McDonald’s, that’s saying something with how long I’ve been to their restaurants.nLobby ordering shouldn’t be too difficult, as I was walking in people were walking out empty handed complaining how bad it was.nI ordered anyway, rude lady took my order, I had to repeat the order several times, the number 2 please. ud83dude44 got my food, wrong sandwich! Didn’t want to reorder and wait another ten mins. Set my soda on the table to put my straw in, lady yelled across the room, no indoor dining shook her head heard her mumble “idiot”.nTook my wrong order to the counter told her she filled the order wrong. Walked out without my correct order or lunch at all.nGood luck with any dining experience there!

I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes no joke BEFORE my order was taken by a female in a Wild Child hoodie who was completely rude. I have now been sitting here for 12 minutes AFTER my order was taken and still have not received my food. This place is a joke
