Busey Bank

My husband has been coming here to cash his checks since after covid. Everyone has typically been very nice untill today. After waiting in line at the drive thru for 15 mins we were told we could only come through the first drive thru lane because they were under new management. So we had to pull around and wait another 10 minutes to cash his check. The worst part was we pulled up finally to get his I'd and money and she has it all ready. So I dont understand why I had to go to 1st lane only. The lady working the window said nothing. Not sorry or have a good day or an explanation. I dont know why it's under new management but the new management sucks and so does their customer service.

We love this location, all of the employees are so professional yet personable and friendly. We have both business and personal accounts here and they do an awesome job!
