People are nice and friendly.nThe work was good.nNot better than doing ourselves. Ours was fairly simple. It still cost us $300 for the service. Pricing wasn't clear. It was higher than I expected for what was done.nWe still need to submit/send the State part ourselves that was prepared for us.nI think for us, it is obviously better to do ourselves. For others, the benefits may be MUCH higher.
