I started renting storage from here and the lady always had a attitude on the phone . Not to mention that they never answer their phone . I had to leave a voicemail to let her know I would be emptying out the unit . The unit was under my dads name , he doesn’t speak very good English sometimes . She got a hold of me and told me that she could not communicate with my dad very well because of service . However you can obviously tell he has a accent . She called me and told me she charged the unit because we forgot to take the lock off . Instead of calling me to ask me about it she told me she charged it anyway and told me I needed to get my lock off of it “PRONTO” . This is so rude , she knows what she did and she tried to play it off. I asked her if she had a problem with me and why she would reference that , she knows exactly what she was doing . I DO NOT recommend this place at all .

Need to be specific about your “office” hours being 8-5. Very misleading saying 24hrs.

Got ya into a clean, size appropriate unit almost immediately. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities

Nice friendly owners that try hard to meet your needs. This storage facility also has cameras for security
