Kaw Point Park

Kaw point park has a couple of stone picnic like tables along the trail. Also, the trail leads near the river bank up to informative plaques about Native Americans near parking lot. Across the Kaw point parking lot there is a wonderful walking/bicycle trail. You can take the heritage trail onto a walking bridge that crosses over the river. P.s. the bridge has wonderful sculptures. The trail will lead you Spirit mall(park); it has a parked caboose, chess tables and nice garden. If you continue the trail it will take you Berkley river front park.

Beautiful view of the downtown skyline. Lived here my entire life and never knew the park was there. Not in the best part of town. Definitely go when the sun is up.

Awesome views if the city. Not overly crowded! Nice access to the river

Great view of downtown skyline, access to water via boat ramp. Roads are paved. Park enterence is a bit confusing. Very short loop for walking.
