Ms. Ruth's Cafe has great tasting SOUL FOOD! I've returned for the 4th time in a yr & it's just as good as my 1st time. She's very professional & continues to give inspirational & encouraging thoughts to her customers even while the challenges of this Pandemic goes on in & around her establishment!

I was told the peach cobbler is good so I stopped for some. And they were right. It was amazing. I will go back and see what else is good.

Great home cooked meals. This has been my go to while in KC when Im missing home cooking. Prices are just right and Everyone is just wonderful.

Small place just outside of Kansas City. Don't let the size or appearance fool you. The food and service are immaculate with some of the most kind employees. Unbelievable prices for the amount of food you get! If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. Would definitely go again if I'm ever back in the area.

Good food and very courteous people. If you have never been there, go check it out. You won't be sorry!!!
