Chipotle Mexican Grill

After giving this Chipotle several tries, I don’t know that I’d go back. The last time I ordered a burrito bowl, they forgot the chicken all together. Today, we ordered two burrito bowls and a kid’s meal. The burrito bowls were nearly all rice and maybe had 5 or 6 pieces of meat. The kid’s meal came without the apple juice we ordered. I’ve eaten a lot of chipotle in my life and this just doesn’t line up with my experiences at other locations. I hope some changes can be made to ensure a better quality product and experience.

Dont know why I bother reviewing Chipotle anymore. Every location is always good food. And if it isnt, they fix it for you. Other businesses should learn from this model.

I love the soparita burrito bowl..I think its funny how Taco bell and subway think they can compete against them

Door dash grabbed our meal and my wife grabbed someone else with the same first name. They still remade our order and were nothing but polite. To the lady who got our food that screamed at the workers, you need a reality check. How would you like someone coming to your work and screaming at you for something someone out of your control did wrong. Thank you guys

I'm done with this location. They have up'd the prices on everything and give you hardly any meat and the bowl is nowhere near as full as it used to be. Get it together.
