Mid-morning on Sunday; it was OK considering

Horrible service. Same with food. I wrote this first part a couple years ago.nn2-21-21nSame shot, different day. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your money. You won't get half of your order and the half you do get is wrong! Manager needs to be replaced!

Food was warm and tasted good.nStaff was pretty unprofessional. Suggest adding a break room instead of cussing about who's coming in, what serving life is like and complaining about coworkers work ethic/life choices, right behind customers eatingnAh and eating/talking while smacking your mouth full of food right beside a person rolling silverware. I mean the one rolling silverware wasn't wearing a mask either but..they have a mask policy in place for their patrons...nThe area by the bathrooms smells like they haven't cleaned the floor drains properly in a while. Reeked like rotten food and sewage.nPancakes were delicious and the breakfast Sampler platter was as good as any.

The waitress is so nice but just the worst and rudest manager ever. I understand that the kitchen is busy but we been waiting for 30 minutes to get the rest of our order. Paid for everything, but haven't seen any of our order and asked for a refund and the had the balls to ignored me as I was talking to her. Then my party and I walked out.

Me and my wife visited here not to long ago. It was on a saturday around 7am. As we walked in the door the manager was ringing somebody up and scolding them for not leaving a tip. Very very rude. Waitresses were arguing with each other in front of customers (this is not the first time I've seen this here). They were also running down management in front of everyone. There wasn't hardly anyone in the place and we didn't get one refill. Our waitress didn't even come back to our table.
