The trainers are very knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed during each and every visit. They will not only help push you towards your fitness goals, but also with nutrition. They will inform and teach you how to eat clean and healthy along with your personalized workout plan. Full disclosure: I love this gym. It's more than 4 walls and exercise equipment. The trainers, Jake and Zac, are willing to give up as much time as needed in order to help others achieve their goals. Whether someone is striving to be the next great athlete, bodybuilder, or just to get back in shape, this is the best way to do it. I have had the great pleasure of knowing the owners for quite some time and I have yet to see them do anything that would keep me away. Instead of the hustle and bustle of a fitness center, it is a close, one on one experience that really makes you feel more important and boosts your motivation level. Professional, high quality training with top of the line equipment, and a one on one experience... Doesn't get much better than this.
