Excellent. Love the lap pool.. been swimming here for last 10 years!! Lifeguards do a wonderful job. Custodians keep bathrooms and showers very clean.. Receptionists very friendly and welcoming.. Always telling others what a great place this is to stay healthy and fit.. Mark Dreiling
The employees are never on the same page. Each person you talk to will give you a different answer. They have different standards on what mask/shield you are allowed to wear. I personally asked one employee if the workout face shield I had was appropriate, I was informed yes it’s perfectly okay. The next time wearing the same mask I get confronted IN FRONT of other guest being told I knew the mask wouldn’t fly and that I needed to find something else to wear.
Really wish they would extend hours to spread out the people and give them more availability to work out. Love the staff they're great!
Absolutely love this gym. It's very clean, friendly staff and a wide array of equipment and space to exercise. Been coming here for 14 years.
I am quite content with their COVID protocols and allowing individuals to workout on their machines without a mask is just ideal for a solid workout! I would recommend this location to any other patron living in the Parkville area!
