I tried to refill a prescription via phone and online portal yesterday but the system kept trying to transfer me to a pharmacist and online portal does not list my prescriptions, the pharmacy was closed for new years so it kept looping me back. Today at 9 am when the store opened I called to refill the prescription, our roads are super bad so I drove the 15 minute drive to the store and when I spoke to the pharmacist named Lana she said it would be 1.5 hours before rx would be ready. I told her I was already at the location and the roads where very bad so I didn't want to have to return and she said I was taking up her time and she had several customers waiting on her that I was keeping from helping because of my call. When I arrived to the location and again asked her to make an exception due to the weather and the system not allowing me to refill yesterday for today she said no and didn't care if I transferred my prescription somewhere else. She also had no one waiting for her in the store or drive through so I felt she lied. I have now transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that can actually offer prompt and efficient service to the customer.

The checkout lady was very nice. They had some good buys. They didn't have the item I went in to purchase. They did have several other items I bought. They need to work on keeping the store example: carts, checkout area etc wiped down or cleaned.

I don't know what happened to this location but it has just become insufferable. Poorly trained staff, managers that literally make up policies on the spot instead of figuring out what there's an issue. Just do yourself a favor and go to the cvs that's not even 2 miles up the road.

Tried to get some photos printed here and they wasted both my time and their own. Got the email saying that the orders were ready and when I went in to pick them up, the clerk was insanely rude, spouting that they couldn't sell the prints to me because of copyright infringement. If that was going to be a problem, why even accept the order in the first place? Even went as far as wasting paper and ink to print them out. What a joke. Unprofessional and comedically petty. Would avoid this store like the plague.
