Great place did a good job washing out my pneumatic tanker let me sleep on site and even had a nice clean shower free of charge will definitely be back

So I'm an O/O of a 2014 Kenworth T680. I went to Kraft because I needed a service. First of all the service took over three hours. Then when they were finally done they tried charging me $600 and I provided the filters. My filters were $200 so I'll let you do the math. Just to put the icing on the cake, they cracked one of my filter casings and neglected to tell me about it which cost me another $115. Thanks for messing up my truck and ripping me off. Hope karma gets ya. Never thought I'd pay $1,000 for a service. Never received a response

The sales dept. was fast and very friendly. Got held up in traffic but when I arrived they had stayed to wait for me and had the trailer and a the paperwork ready to go! Very nice!!!
