Me and my mom ordered some KFC yesterday and drove quite a way from our house to get some chicken, She went to get out food and came back to her order being messed up so we tried to call the store and of course the phone isn't working ( I have worked at this store last year and the phone was still messed up then). We then went all the way back to the store and found out the worker's there know about the phone but won't do anything about it. Maybe shut this store down and hire people who know what they're doing because I bet it looks moldy in that store still. No one should order at this store, you're better off looking for another KFC store that isn't moldy inside.

It’s totally amazing to me the customer service is completely out the window sat in drive-through for well over a half hour order was wrong luckily I caught it before I left the window. Just seems like employees do not want to be there I agree with the other post they are they get new owners or close the store down.

We ordered a small bucket at 5:05 for pickup at 5:45. We arrived a little bit early. They finally brought it out to our car at 6:25. In the future we'll get fried chicken at grocery store deli across the street - much less nonsense.

Ordered the big Fried Chicken bucket but they gave me the small one and wont answer my calls.
