Papa John's Pizza

We ordered and paid for extra cheese on 2 extra large pizzas.. they came with a minimal amount of cheese.. so I called to report the error. No big deal, right? The manager was more rude to me than I have ever experienced in customer service. Without asking his staff or requesting pictures, he told me there was no possible way his staff made an error! After ordering papa Johns almost weekly for the past 15 years (living in 7 states) I know the standard toppings. After this experience I will never again order papa Johns... this person should not be managing a store. I am so disappointed.

Was told I had to wait a half an hour to pick up my pizza, which I thought was ridiculous but I did it anyway. Then I drove all the way across town and it wasn’t even done. They told me I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Not impressed, they did not act apologetic at all. Just acted like that’s how things were. Will not be going back.

We do carry-out here all the time. Great service, consistent delicious quality and good prices. Easy to do on line especially with the app.

Walked in to place an order for carryout and was told by employee they could not take my order ....they were only taking on line orders....there was a sign that asked customers to call ahead but it did not say they were only taking online orders. Another employee offered to take my order but it pretty much steamed me. If you want to put rules in place because of this virus then by all means post it clearly....and that goes for your employees being required to wear masks as well as customers

I wish there was a 0 rating, but there isn’t. We don’t usually order from Papa John’s, but have been wanting to try the papadias. I called in the order for 2, to be ready in 30 minutes & went to pick them up. 4 people in front of me were told they couldn’t even find their orders in the system. I had to holler twice and ask if someone could please come help at the register.They had trouble finding my order, but did. 50 minutes after I placed the order, it hadn’t even been started, so I ended up cancelling it. I was very disappointed in their service and their lack of caring about their customers. This is definitely not a good way to do business.
