A+++ Service. I highly recommend Nixa Automotive. The staff at Nixa Automotive have always been very helpful and friendly to me. I can tell that Chris is a very experienced and qualified technician. Chris always explains things to me in great detail so I understand exactly what he is fixing and there is never any surprise or hidden charges. I always feel the cost of the service performed on my Lexus and Toyota’s is fair and I will definitely be back to Nixa Automotive before I get charged three times as much at a big dealership. I took my car to Nixa Automotive for the first time last week and Cris worked on my rear breaks while I waited around. He was technically closed but was still willing to help me out and schedule my appointment for after business hours. I work late on the weekdays and some weekends. Excellent service and experience! I recently took my car to this shop because of the transmission issues. Chris was knowledgeable about this problem, detailed, honest and very skillful in repairing it in a timely manner.
