Extra Space Storage

Jasmine was very helpful setting up the unit contract by phone and the entire process only took about ten minutes. When I arrived for the for the first time, I had a minor access issue which Sabrina quickly remedied on the spot. The facility itself is incredibly clean, well lit, has easy drive up access, and three elevators which each easily accommodate two hand trolleys. The building itself looks brand new and I was actually surprised to learn it's been there many years. They clearly take their maintenance seriously and it seems like a very well run facility. They also sell boxes, packing supplies, and locks in their office.

Always a pleasure to go to this Extra Space storage , My buddy has a business and always asks me to go with him and help put some stuff in his unit, and I always say yes because it’s one of the few places that’s always clean and the staff is amazing with whatever questions we might have. All in all, wonderful experience going there and my buddy knows he can count on me anytime to go with him..thanks again to the staff, Five stars all the way!!

Serving in the military, I move every couple years and always try to find an Extra Space storage. I have stored my household goods at this place on Trout Road once before and was very happy. They have a clean place and it seems secure and it’s gated. Last time I rented I had several delays with the movers coming but talking to Sabrina about it and ease of getting in and out and checking out while out of area really helped my experience. I looked online to check out pricing and specials but I will be calling them to see if I can come in by the weekend.

Sabrina is awesome!!! She's very informative and always makes an attempt to address any questions or concerns I have. The facility is well maintained and clean. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who has storage needs.
