Wonderful customer service!! I worked with Gene Hong at the Bestgate - Annapolis location. He answered every question I had with ease. And believe me, I had a ton of questions! He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! The facility is very clean and well kept up. I would highly recommend this facility without any doubt in my mind.
I reserved a unit online late one night and was told I would receive a call from the local manager. The next morning Gene called to work out the details of the rental. I was still at work so we arrange a time for him to call me back. He called at that exact time and walked me through the whole process. He was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I was very pleased with this interaction. The unit is clean, well lit and the right size.
Customer service to complete all the leasing process online was excellent. Sabrina took care of all my paperwork through the phone. I haven't gone to the storage yet but so far, they have a 5/5.
I was very satisfied with the whole rental process at this location. Gene was very helpful in explaining all the little details and answering my questions. Highly recommend this location!
I am happy with he storage space that Gene found for me, and he honored the rate on the internet. I wanted a specific size unit and he reserved one for me that met my needs.
