I rent at another location but I stopped in today at this location since its near my job to pick up some moving supplies. Pat the manager was so nice, friendly and even helped me load the car. So far Public Storage has been great to me!
Having never moved on my own before, I came with a ton of questions. Pat answered each and every one of them and was really friendly while he was doing it. Absolutely would reccomend talking to Pat before any move.
I visited this location on today, Presidents Day thinking that it would be less traffic due to the holiday. It was the exact opposite however the customer service representative Tiera was very pleasant and welcoming. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She also had to remind me to cover my nose with my mask because I wasn’t wearing it properly. She was such a charm. Thank you to Tiera for the phenomenal service today.
I stopped in this location to pay my bill and go buy some tape, Pat was great. I had no clue my storage space number but that did not stop him from helping me and taking my payment. Office was extremely clean. Highly appreciate you Mr. Pat.
i came to look for a unit kristy was very helpful and the polite was able to help me i would definitely recommend her to any one.
