Armored Self Storage

Very very bad experience today, called and gave deposit 10 days ago, movers coming tomorrow, they did not reserve spot, and employee had mental health breakdown instead of solving problem, I get that different people have different experiences, they asked for deposit over phone but when came time to get units for move they where out, blamed computer, no help, started talking to herself. Don't give deposit without contract, nightmare! U-haul on 50 is much better facility
