At last minute I needed storage again & had no time to wait! In 1 phone call....Vault Storage was not only able to help me but I received great customer service (something we don’t get these days) fair pricing and a huge piece of mind! I always try to look in my own town for the service I need before going over to next town to help support local businesses and with Vault Storage in so happy I did same the customer service I received I would of never gotten at 1 of these big storage places let alone the piece of mind knowing my valuables were going to be same when I bring them out as his I had stored them!
I've edited my original review after my husband spoke with Georgetta at the cooperate office. She apologized and has made all the necessary corrections. Thank you to her for PROMPTLY getting back to us. East Coast Storage in Millington MD has the best rates and hopefully we will see a consistent rise in customer service. Again the credit goes to Georgetta for resolving the issue to the customers satisfaction.
