Highly recommend this place. The people are so kind and helpful. They are definitely safe with covid as well - I felt very comfortable being there. I loved the atmosphere and the welcoming feel they give. I also really appreciate the cleanliness of the storage facility. Robin showed me my unit before I rented it to ensure I would be happy with the size. This place is amazing! I definitely will be returning to get moving supplies, as they informed me about everything they had!! The prices are great as well and it seems they have everything I need to move, makes it a one-stop-shop, so easy! Definitely will be returning

My wife and I just moved to Chestertown. Searched for a Storage Unit through Google. Saw Vault Storage and the location was perfect. The service has been professional, pleasant, quick, efficient and easy!!!! What more can you want? Well ....... I needed more and added Boat Storage the following month and have been utilizing the FedEx Service. It simply doesn't get any better than this .... but it does!!! The pricing is very competitive ....... excellent value!
