Need better customer service that knows what their doing in a efficient way!
Yes, occasionally there is a line and a wait. But many times I've gotten through the drive-in quickly. The staff has always been polite, usually friendly.
For the most part they do an OK job. However, there is one pharmacist who probably should not be a head pharmacist. She seems to always have an attitude problem. Instead of helping if there is an issue with a prescription, she wants to argue. She acts as if she's better then everyone. She treats people who get controlled prescriptions as if they are bad for taking the medication, and only cares about her license, rather than the customer!
My insurance was being difficult for some reason. Paul , Nick , and the pharmacy staff were very accommodating and professional. I was upset and abrasive (because of insurance)and they dealt with me professionally and politely. I tried to leave a good score for the survey available on my receipt but after getting disconnected 2x I gave up. So I’m giving a good review here instead. Thank you! Paul,and the pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Sunset are consummate professionals and deserve recognition.
If you use this location, i would highly suggest that you check your prescription before leaving and recount pills. The only reason why I am still using this location is because it's 24 hours and the location is convenient; however I am in the process of shopping for a new pharmacy.
