Tim let me know when he was on his way. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. In addition to changing out our locks, he also took apart a screen door handle/lock to fix a sticking problem we had. All companies should be this great to deal with. Great experience with programming a keyless entry fob for my vehicle. SO much less expensive than the dealership and the staff were cheerful and professional. Helpful that they have open hours on a Saturday too!nWill definitely be back. Thank you, Dave and Rick!

Very quick service, great prices and great quality. I had to replace a vehicle key, and 2 keys for locking pins. After trying all of them, I was 100% satisfied. I had an issue with the locking mechanism on one of my locking pins, and they helped me fix it. I highly recommend this company!

I had a 110+ year old lock in a cabinet I was refinishing. Not having the lock in the cabinet left a huge hole. It took over a month for them to get it, and each time we went in to check the progress everybody knew which lock we were asking about. I was so thankful they were willing to continue working on it, rather than saying there was nothing they could do.
