Fast service. God quality key and the price was reasonable. And location was convenient.
I called for a locksmith today 05/18/20 and he was there 3 min. And charged me $189.00 and the office suposibly around the corner on forest drive. It's a shame what this world is coming to. Don't use them .nnI called back as the company requested and told them that the third party locksmith they used would not give me a price over the phone but he had already written up s price on his receipt before he showed up. Very deceitful.
I googled locksmiths in the area and it said KeyMe was less than a half mile away from Annapolis Mall. Needless to say, there was about an hour wait and when the locksmith arrived, he said he came from Silver Springs, Maryland. When you call, they ask you for your location, so i dont understand why they would send someone all the way from Silver Springs. It was false advertising as to the distance and poor customer service to not disclose the fact that they didnt have a locksmith in the area! On top of that, it was $140 just to unlock the car. Hopefully I will never need another locksmith but if I do, I would NEVER call them again.
