The Lab Martial Arts and Fitness Center

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Speaking negatively about a parent in front of a child is never acceptable, but especially for a martial arts studio! Also, disregarding a parents wishes for safety of their children and family is disgraceful. I have never seen such disrespect from a business owner in my life.

The best thing Ive ever done for my kid and myself!! I spend 4-5 days a week there now!!! I knew nothing about martial arts before I stopped into THe Lab to sign my daughter up for karate, she was hesitant but I knew martial arts for kids is very valuable and a great way to teach respect, confidence, discipline and many other things, or at least that’s what Joe Rogan says lol. My daughter was a little shy/scared to try something new but after a couple classes with the incredible Ms Kari and Mr AJ she loved it! I watched the way they worked with the kids and I couldn’t ask for anything more! They were Supportive, fun, positive and stern! She enjoys herself every time she walks in the door! After a month of watching her classes I became interested with their adult jiu jitsu classes (also because Joe Rogan talks about it all the time!) and after walking through the gym a few times coach Jon asked when I was going to give jiu jitsu a try. After a few failed attempts of excuses he told me to come to a free trial class that night , and after that first class I was hooked!!! Not only because Rogan, the fun of the class, the workout I got, the friendliness of all the others in class but the pure family like welcoming Jon and his staff Gave me and my daughter from day one! They care about everyone who walks through the door like they are family wether it be tough love for missing classes or a pick me up after a long tough day, they care! It’s always a positive atmosphere! Super clean! Super fun. !! Makes you feel good about yourself every time you go! Try it it’s free ! I dare you!

The Lab is an excellent safe gym to train martial arts!Great instruction,very clean and safe!IWe're like a family!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful people and atmosphere.

My 9 year old and 3 year old love this place! The instructors are awesome!
