Workout Like A Girl

ESPC is such an empowering, clean, and positive environment. The facility itself is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The staff is encouraging and friendly all the time. And most importantly, the workouts are always different, always very challenging and led by instructors that push us to be the best we can be!

The class was awesome! Challenging and fun. And the instructor and owner were very welcoming and helpful... so we're the women in the class!

ESPC is a more than a gym. It's a space where everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level. Where you are encouraged and empowered to become your most fit and fierce self. Kendra and Evan have created a space for you to work on you, whether that be to drop 10 pounds, improve your overall fitness or just escape and make ME time.

I have been attending WLG classes for a few months now (not as religiously as I should). I work a full-time job with two little ones and find the class offerings to work well with my schedule. It's an hour I set aside for myself when I can get there but always feel welcomed. I started with the 12 week challenge in September. I am challenged at each class, don't always finish the full drills but I feel supported by the coaches and have met some wonderful women in the process. Definitely check this place out!

I love this place!! It is the most supportive gym I have ever been to. Best gym hands down. The support of the coaches, owners and fellow athletes make coming back a no brainer.
