John from Smartech came out to take care of an underground faulty wire to our electric gates. He fixed our problem and was very professional throughout the job. So refreshing to find competent, knowledgeable service we can actually count on. Their receptionist is extremely diligent with taking messages and making sure we get return calls fairly quickly.nThe five stars I placed here were earned, no doubt about it ! We look forward to them coming back out to service our generators.

Great response time and thoughtful explanation of the problem we had with our Generac generator. Fixed it right away. Now we use them for annual maintenance as well.

Wow, what an amazing company with great service! We had a couple of issues with my dad's generator (he's 92 and on oxygen) and they came out right away and fixed the problem. Great service, no excuses.
