Mike is the most professional dealer I’ve ever worked with . He’s honest, fair and always looks out for the customer. This customer service is something big dealers will not provide. If you are in the market for a quality car Mike is your man . He has followed up several times to make sure the car is the perfect fit . As a military family out of state on a budget we will always use Berrang family motors!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Mr. Berrang! He's been so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process.nnI totaled my first car, but insurance didn't declare it totaled until my rental expired, so I was in a very tight spot as I work two jobs and go to school full time and couldn't afford to miss anything because I was out of a car. Even in this desperate situation, Mr. Berrang was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he give me the car for an amazing deal, he walked me through the process and even came to me for all the paperwork and everything! I was worried that as a young female car buyer I would be taken advantage (which has happened at more well known retailers like CarMax and such, who tried to sell me a car for well past the actual value). But Mr.Berrang treated me like family, and was so helpful through this process that it was not nearly as stressful as the first time I bought a car! I absolutely love my new car and am so so happy with this purchase and experience!nnI would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a good deal, especially anyone that does not know much about cars (like me!). By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! I’ve bought a number of vehicles and it’s always been a business transaction that I didn’t look forward to. When it came time to look for a car for my son, I asked my trustworthy auto mechanic and he said to go to Berrang. I followed his advice and had the most surprisingly wonderful experience. MJ is not your typical salesman. He is genuinely interested in you and making sure you’re going to be happy with your purchase. He goes the extra mile - or more like 10 miles! The car we bought is great and he gave it to us for a fair price. We discovered a problem as we were purchasing it that wasn’t under the year warranty, and he bought the replacement part, delivered it to us and covered the expense to fix it. I will go to him for every used vehicle purchase I need to make in the future, and I will refer EVERYONE I know to him. There simply isn’t anyone more honest and dedicated to his customers than MJ Berrang!

I bought a 2003 Ford F-350. After owning for 3 days I had to replace the rear breaks. Which never should’ve passed inspection. Within 6 months I’ve had to replace both front wheel barings , carrier baring and then the front breaks. It started over heating so I took it to the shop and was told that it need head gasket because the blew awhile ago ( Before I bought the truck) and.. injectors. Now it’s sitting because it needs a high pressure oil pump which I can not afford right now. So out of the 2 Yrs I’ve owned this truck I’ve spend $3000 to keep it running for only 3 months of actual driving time. Not to me mention still making payments on it!
